How tiers work
Each offer has one or more tiers. For every tier you set:- Title and subtitle — for example “Duo” / “You save 30%”
- Quantity — how many units this tier requires
- Discount type —
Default(no discount, used for a baseline tier like “Single”),Percentage, orFixed amount - Discount label and badge — the text shown on the tier, and an optional badge like “Most Popular”
Buy X Get Y Free
Instead of a percentage or fixed discount, a tier can be configured as Buy X, Get Y Free — the customer pays for X units and receives Y additional units at no cost. This is useful for offers like “Buy 2, Get 1 Free” without needing to calculate an equivalent percentage discount.Free gift add-ons
Any tier can include one or more free gifts: a specific product (and variant) that’s automatically added to the cart at no charge when a customer selects that tier. This is a good way to make a higher tier more attractive without discounting your core product further.Where the offer applies
Set visibility to control which products show the offer:- All products — shows on every product page
- Specific products — pick individual products
- Specific collections — shows on every product inside the collections you choose
Combined volume discount
By default, the quantity tiers only count units of the same product/variant. Turning on Combine with other products lets the tiers count units across a set of related products (and optionally collections) toward the same discount — useful when you want customers to mix and match products but still unlock the volume discount, rather than requiring three of the exact same item.Urgency and layout
- Countdown timer — add a countdown with a custom title and description to create urgency. When it’s enabled, it appears above the tier list.
- Template — display tiers vertically (stacked list, the most common layout) or horizontally (side-by-side cards).
- Header and footer text — customize the heading above the tiers (for example “Buy More, Save More”) and the footer note (for example “Free Delivery”).
